    What are we building?We design and build pioneering candidate experience software to help companies establish relationships with the best candidates. Our product is heavily inspired by the principles behind conversational marketing technologies. At the moment we are running pilots with selected customers to validate our product and vision. 
    Whether our customers wish to make their recruiting process more time-efficient, the quality of the candidates applying for jobs in their company higher or their overall candidate experience better - Talentree’s technology empowers them to do so.

    What will you do in this role? As our new Software Developer you will be the driving force behind the product development by being 100% hands-on in the end-to-end software development process, hereby enabling us to achieve our goal of delivering a superior SaaS product to the market. 
    - Secure the development and execution of a product roadmap to support our strategy and business goals and objectives- Develop and foster a collaborative culture of speed and innovation - Set goals, objectives and monitor progress within your area of responsibility- Serve as the primary technical responsible- Own and continuously improve the process for delivering the solution and rapid iteration with predictability and quality

    We are a small company, hence with a lot of room for you to plan your own tasks, take ownership and grow. In the beginning, you’ll be placed together with our external senior technical advisor. This to ensure you get the right guidance and support. Eventually, you will transition into a role with 100% responsibility of the tech area.
